Con la presencia de autoridades municipales, representantes de instituciones y cooperativas locales y de la región y, socios de nuestra entidad, se realizó la Asamblea General Ordinaria – 99° Ejercicio Económico. La misma, tuvo lugar alrededor de las 21hs., en el salón Marasi.
En principio, se trató el orden del día previsto. Luego, lo que refiere a la Memoria y Balance 2019, se realizó en tres capítulos, con una breve reseña de los hechos más significativos. Dentro del primer capítulo, desarrollaron la memoria, balance general, cuenta de pérdidas, excedentes y demás cuadros demostrativos.
En esta misma línea, se resaltó la buena condición climática y el permanente apoyo de los productores, lo cual permitió cerrar este ejercicio con un acopio de 225.094 toneladas, cifra que además de superar el 32 por ciento del ejercicio anterior, significa un récord para la historia de la Cooperativa.
Por su parte, se hizo un recorrido por todas las actividades que se realizaron en el marco del Centenario, diferenciándolas en actividades culturales, como la presentación del libro de Daniel Brogin y actividades sociales, como “A Campo Abierto”, charlas, jornadas educativas, la fiesta de la Promo Cien, entre otras.
Cabe mencionar que, además, se detallaron las inversiones que se ejecutaron durante el año en maquinarias, instalaciones, medios de transporte, muebles, útiles y herramientas.
En lo que respecta al segundo capítulo del Balance, se hizo hincapié en la distribución en mercaderías y servicios que, obtuvo como resultado, un porcentaje de margen bruto promedio del 24,60%. En cuanto a cereales y oleaginosas la sección tuvo un desarrollo normal, con un récord de acopio, tal lo mencionado anteriormente y, la sección de semillas y agroquímicos obtuvo una mejora de facturación en dólares del 17.5%, destacándose el volumen de fertilizantes comercializados que supero en un 45% a la cifra alcanzada en el ejercicio anterior.
El tercer capítulo, estuvo a cargo del auditor externo, contador Julio Ochoa, quien describió los estados contables del Ejercicio N° 99, iniciado en octubre del 2018 y finalizado el pasado septiembre del 2019, donde se expusieron los estados contables, que reflejaron la solvencia patrimonial de la cooperativa, y en los que se destaca el excedente del ejercicio de $ 63 millones.
Posteriormente, se llevó a cabo el sufragio, conformado por 83 votantes, dando lugar a Rubén Pagliero como nuevo síndico titular y a Oscar Giraudo como síndico suplente. El próximo lunes 20 se renovarán las demás autoridades de la cooperativa.
